Hot Desk

- a desk in a shared office that is available to be used by any member on a ‘first come first served basis’. Recurring bookings available on the App.
Dedicated Desk

- a desk in a coworking space that is yours – 24/7. Not available to be used be any other member for the length of your contract.
Private Office

- a flexible workspace that combines the community and cost-reducing benefits of coworking while being able to retreat to your own private space when you want to stay focused.
How We Roll
We get it – one size rarely fits all! (and we’re not about to go try shoving Flamingos into Pigeon Holes!) That’s why we’ve designed a range of Membership Plan options which are used to manage:
- your workspace
- room bookings
- access to our space
- perks + discounts
We do all of this, and more, through our very own Flockd App – our centralised platform that takes care of all aspects of being a Flocker.

Hot desks are a great flexible option for freelancers or small teams looking for an inspiring, collaborative workspace with little commitment or up-front costs.
Available from Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm (excluding public holidays)
Desk Booking is available straight away on the App – once you’ve created your account you will be able to book anywhere, anytime with one of the Nomad Plans, detailed below:
Nomad Membership Plan

For you peeps with commitment issues, this is our Pay-As-You-Go Membership Option.
As Nomad you are considered a Fully Flockd Member for the day! With access to the Flockd App you can check out Community Events as well as make Room and Desk Bookings – as and when you need them.
You also receive the Flockd Member discount in the Espresso Bar and for Meeting Rooms.

Looking for something more permanent where you can get comfortable knowing you’re coming back to the same spot each day?
Our Dedicated Desks are reserved for members on Monthly recurring memberships, a happy medium between hot desking and a private office – perfect for one person or a small team – with access to all coworking amenities, community events and membership perks.

Drifter Membership Plan

Per Month
The Drifter Membership is for you Part-Timers!
As a Drifter member you are considered part of the furniture receiving 24/7 access to Flockd facilities. With access to the Flockd App you can check out Community Events, make Room Bookings, as well as reserve yourself a dedicated desk for $12 a day.
You receive the Flockd Member discount in the Espresso Bar and for Meeting Rooms.
