Can I take a peek at the space?

Tours must be scheduled in advance and are available between our operating hours.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm

*please note: we are not a 27/7 facility.

Do you offer Private Offices?

We have an opportunity for the right group of people to make a permanent and private space at Flockd. This space is currently a blank canvas at 30sq mtrs. It can be fitted out for a team of 6-8 depending on the requirements. Please enquire if this is something of interest!

Can I have visitors or guests?

We allow 2 guests every 2 hours for members. If you have 3 or more guests we require you to book out the meeting room.

What about using phones?

As it is an open floor plan, you are free to use your phone anywhere within our space – we ask that you be mindful of others working close-by. If you think you will be a little longer and need some privacy, please use our private phone booths.

Can I print?

Yes. All members have access to our printer. We do not charge for this service, but a fair use policy applies. You will be set up by one of our friendly Flockd staff.

When can I start my membership?

You can start your membership right after your application has been approved. Your membership fees must be paid in advance the day before your start date. For terms greater than 1 month, you are required to pay your fees 1 month in advance. You will have an option to renew your membership before the end of your term.

Can I freeze my membership?

Unfortunately no. You cannot start and freeze a membership. If for whatever reason you have to leave prior to your term you forfeit your remaining term.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at the end of your term. If you wish to cancel before your term ends you forfeit your fees paid in advance. If your term is greater than 1 month we require a 30-day cancellation notice.

What are the amenities for Members?

We have communal spaces, outdoor areas, meeting rooms, happy hour, printing, shower, wifi and all round good times. Secure underground parking for free is available on application and there is ample street parking close-by.

Are there any additional fees when I sign up?

For Dedicated Desks and Private Offices we require a 1 month security bond which is refunded back to you at the end of your term if you decide to cancel your membership.

Do you have storage?

Dedicated desks have lockable drawers. If you are working at a Hot Desk we have a small storage boxes under the desk that is communal. We also have a bike rack.

Can I receive mail?

For dedicated desks and private offices, you can have your mail and parcels delivered to Flockd. Please note that we will hold onto your packages for 5 days before returning to sender.

Do you have parking?

Yes. We have secure underground parking that you can enter via West Burleigh Road. This parking is prioritised for Semi-Permanent members. If no underground parking is available there is ample street parking available.
