How do I book a desk or a room?

Simply go to the top of the home screen and press book a desk. From there select which desk, how many and what day. For the meeting room, you can do the same. Go to the book a room button on the top of your home screen. Then select your meeting room, date and time.

Can I take a peek at the space?

Yes! Of course! BOOK NOW

Tours must be scheduled in advance and are available between our operating hours.

When can I start?

You can start your membership right after your application has been approved. Check out the relevant plan for further details.

Can I just come in for one day only?

Yes definitely, we have a desk available for people who just need a space for the day.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
For Nomads & FIFO.

Our Drifters enjoy extended hours from 6am – 6pm Monday – Friday.

Settlers enjoy 24/7 entry.

Do you have parking?

If you would like to park onsite, you will need to apply for a spot. As our parking is reserved for paying members. alternatively you can park for free on Acanthus Ave which is just around the corner from us.

Do you offer Private Offices?

Flockd is constantly evolving, if you want something bad enough Flockd can usually make it happen. Get in touch and we can discuss our spaces.

Can I make zoom/calls at my desk?

Yes you can definitely make calls at your desk, and we also have plenty of breakaway spaces if you feel like you want something more private.

Can I use the Flockd space for a photoshoot?

For sure, we have lots of people booking in for lifestyle shoots in our workspace. Simply email us to book a time and day and get a quote.

Can I use your space to hold workshops?

Absolutely, our space is suitable for all types of workshops. And we can help things to suit your needs.

Can I order catering for my conference?

Yes we have a cafe on site! And you can preorder your food for your meeting.

Can I work on the weekends or after hours?

If you are a full time member, you have 24/7 access to our workspace. If you are a part time member, you are able to start early and stay late on your set days.

Can I hire your space for private events?

We are available for hire! If you also need catering, music or bar tenders we can organise the lot.

Can two people sit at one hot desk?

Our workspaces are designed for one person only, but we are more than happy to organise a space that has two desks next to each other.

Can I receive mail?

Flockd Settlers & Drifters can have mail and parcels delivered. Please note that we will hold onto your packages for 5 days before returning to sender. Unless it is something pretty, Flockd may want to wear it.

Can I print?

Yes. All members have access to our printer. We do not charge for this service, but a fair use policy applies.

Are there any additional fees?

For our Drifters & Settlers we require a 1 month security bond which is refunded back to you at the end of your term if you decide to cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you are on a monthly plan, we require 30 days notice to cancel your membership

Do you have parking?
Yes. We have secure underground parking that you can enter via West Burleigh Road. This parking is prioritised for Flockd Settlers. If no underground parking is available there is ample street parking. We also provide parking at the front of our building for under 1 hr.
